Each airline ticket is valid only for a specified period, known as the Validity Period. Changes to the travel date (Date Changes) may be made only within this validity period.
If a passenger is unable to travel, it is mandatory to inform us directly during office hours at least 24–72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time*. Failure to provide prior notice may result in additional charges (No-Show Fees) imposed by the airline, in addition to the standard date change or refund fees.
The total amount payable for a date change may include the following:
Date Change Fee
Additional No-Show Fees (if applicable)
Service Charge
Fare Difference (if applicable)
Please note that certain airline tickets are non-refundable, even if the journey is not undertaken. For refundable tickets, the applicable Service Charges and No-Show Fees will be deducted from the total amount paid.
The refund processing period may take up to one month. During this time, the refundable amount cannot be adjusted against the purchase of another ticket.
Some airlines do not provide cash refunds. In such cases, the refundable amount may be retained as a credit, which can be used to purchase another ticket with the same airline for the same passenger within the specified validity period.
Please note that rules, fees, and conditions may vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket purchased.
